RIGHT OF RETURN

As a buyer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you received the item or receive the last partial delivery.

You must notify us within the 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must write to us at sjc@soe-jensen.dk that you want to return the item.

A rejection of a package will not be considered a withdrawal unless you have indicated this.

RETURNS

You must return your order to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have indicated that you wish to return your item. You pay for the shipping in connection with return. You are responsible for the item being delivered in proper condition. Lack of original packaging may degrade the value, so to be sure you get all the money back, we recommend that you return the item in original packaging.

GOODS OUTSIDE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The following product types are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

Delivery of goods that are made especially according to the customer’s wishes or with personal distinctiveness.

Agreements on specific repair or maintenance that the customer has explicitly expressed a desire for in advance.

ITEMS OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT RETURNS

You are only responsible for the deterioration of the value of the item, which has occurred due to handling beyond what is necessary to find out the nature, properties and functions of the item. In other words, you can try the item as if you tried it in a physical store but did not use it.

If the item has been tried as described above, we consider the item to be used, which means that when canceling the item, you will only receive part or none of the amount you have given back, depending on the commercial value subsequently.

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. In the event of deterioration of the value of the goods, the amount refunded will be deducted from the deterioration of the goods.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will return all the payments you have made, including delivery price, but not extra if you refuse to use another type of delivery method than the cheapest standard. If there is no delay or other circumstances that apply, you will receive the full amount within 14 days from we have received information that you want to cancel your purchase. We will refund the amount in the same way you paid it, unless you explicitly requested otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item unless you have provided us with documentation that the item has been shipped.

We do not accept packages sent by mail by COD.
