Return conditions

At Søe-Jensen & Co. we value our customers and it is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case and the product does not live up to your expectations, you can apply your 14-day return policy. Maybe you have regretted the purchase or there may be something wrong with the item.

You must return your order to us within the 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to send your order back. You are responsible for the item until we have received it.

Lack of original packaging can result in you getting less money refunded, so to be sure you get all your money back, we recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.

The cost of return can be expected to be standard for GLS’s package prices.
